FOER.life — REFUND & FABRICATION POLICY

Every item across our visual catalog is custom-fabricated specifically for you at the moment of order registration. Because we operate on a zero-waste, made-to-order baseline to eliminate structural overhead, all sales are final. We do not maintain physical warehousing and cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, lifestyle changes, or incorrect size selections. We strongly advise referencing our exact measurement parameters before executing a selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: We stand firmly behind the manufacturing standards of our custom fabrication lines. If an item arrives with a clear production defect, structural damage, or a misprinted graphic, we will issue a complimentary replacement.

To initiate a verification claim:

  1. Capture high-fidelity digital photographs clearly displaying the specific issue.

  2. Transmit the visual evidence along with your original order number to contact@foer.life within thirty (30) days of the confirmed delivery date.

Our automated system will audit the data alongside our fabrication partners. Verified production errors will be replaced immediately at zero cost to you. Claims submitted past the 30-day window cannot be processed by our network.

Lost in Transit: For packages that fail to reach their coordinates, all claims must be submitted to contact@foer.life no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will review tracking logs with the carrier to initiate a replacement pipeline.
